Hi I hope this isn't sounding like a repeat.....but do peri fluctuations get bigger/deeper /more intense as the fyearss or months go by? I've been in peri since 2021 . . Starting at 50......then 62 (75 snipped ) then 66 then 80 now I'm around 93 94 95.
I I will let yiu guys know maybe stupidly ....I had some 25,s in my drawer this morning because I was so fed up and angry I added it yo my thigh at 8am. Alongside the 94 one. By the time 9am came I was walking around the office floor and going hhe loo few times I felt jittery and my eyes felt jittery a bit uf that makes sense? Does this tell you guys this is too high? I whipped it off and those feelings went.....ivwas just left with yhe crying and light-headedness.....I get this from withdrawal.  Coukd I have your kind thoughts on this and hope you can reassure me?

Think we are all different but, for me, peri fluctuations were mirrored in post meno so I saw last bleed as the eye of the storm - the middle of 10 years for me. I’m now getting more volatility as in when it started so hoping it’s the start of the end of it.

Most up and down symptoms are caused by the fluctuations not the levels. Low levels of oestrogen may cause long term issues later (who knows) but the hellish times seem to be prior to everything bottoming out.

There was an attempt in this forum to have a post menopause area as the symptoms of volatile and low are completely different but I don’t think having a last period is the end of volatility for most.
