Hi, I made a mistake it’s DAO and it is a enzyme that is found naturally in the body but one that a woman may lack during the peri and menopause transition, it is there to break down histamine in the body, so yes it is safe unlike many of the chemicals found in moisturising creams. Also Stinging nettle drops are a natural antihistamine some people drink nettle tea too.

Yes I don’t fancy nettle tea that’s why I’m taking the drops but so far so good. I dont know if its the increased eostrogen or the supplements that are working or maybe the combination of both but right now either way with my move imminent next week I’ll take the non itching until I settle in a bit then come off the supplements slowly and see what happens then
