4 years on Evoral Sequi , age 54 and spotting on end of week 1 patch

I'm 54 and have been on Evorel Sequi for 4.5 years . First few years I'd get withdrawal bleeds and over past year or so I sporadically get a bleed . Last bleed was April 2025 . I started a new box and at the end of week one on the patch I've had very slight spotting . My smears are up to date. Should I be worried? I have severe health anxiety so any advice would be great .
