I really feel for you! My bladder is my achilles heel of sorts. I have struggled for years.
If your bladder issue is from VA, have you considered systemic HRT? There are plenty of women on this thread who have had really good success with it. If Vagifem hadn't provided relief, I would have certainly tried systemic. As it happens, I am using an estriol/estradiol combination topical cream which I get from the USA. It was good at reducing some symptoms, but I needed extra help with the VA. I also found out that after 6 months of what I would call, vaginal and bladder irritation, that I had the glabrata strain of thrush. The normal flucanazole tab would help but never got rid of the thrush. My GP gave me a script for the correct medication (Nystatin) and I also did 3 days of boric acid pessaries. Finally rid of the stubborn thrush, I have found my bladder to be much better. If I feel irritation - itching and bladder frequency - I pop in a boric acid pessary overnight and things are MUCH better the next day. To the point where I can go 3-4 hours without the urge to urinate. I also use cornsilk drops (from iHerb) to help keep the bladder smooth and calm.
I really hope you find some relief soon!
