Hiya,

I have had an appointment this afternoon to increase my HRT from Evorel 75 to 100 which is fine. I’ll pick those up tomorrow.

I’ve read on my doctors app that my progesterone dose has also changed which is expected. I used to take 2 x 100mg pills every day for 12 days on the second half of my cycle.

This now says 90 tablet, 2 tablets x 4 times per day from day 15 to day 28.

I don’t know if this is brain fog and me not understanding but how come I’ve jumped from taking 2 x per day to now 4 lots of 2 [which is now 8] tablets per day?!

I would say that's an error and you are best off checking with your prescriber.  A common dosage would be 300mg of utrogestan if taking 75mg or more of oestrogen.
