Does anyone else on AD’s feel,worse when it’s very hot, like it is at the moment?
I’m struggling at the moment.

Yep but I don't think it's my medication regime: Escitalopram 10mg night and morning; Omprazolol morning; Propranolol 3 times a day. 4 me the heat drains me so that I can hardly move.
Keeping hydrated as well as eating little and often - 4 me it's bananas, chocolate ;-) 🍫, fizzy cooled water, toast and light salads.

Hi..
Since starting ADs i have been constantly hot....I cannot tolerate being out in the sun for long...at night I use a cool blanket which is heaven sent...
But yes drinking, and eating little and often helps
