"I'm on the combined pill back to back also 100 everol (Dr's orders)"
This is really concerning.
It is not advisable to take menopause hormone therapy in addition to the combined pill.
The dose of estrogen in birth control is far higher than in MHT, so essentially this is like flying a jumbo jet and flapping your arms as well.
However the progestin in the combined pill has (probably) been strong enough to carry the additional estrogen from the patch, particularly since you are taking the pill back to back, hence your lining has remained static.
I would really, really suggest seeing a menopause specialist though because the two treatments are not intended to be used concurrently and you could potentially run into trouble over the longer term.
