Rescue remedy and hrt

Hi ladies.

Looking for some advice please.

Does anyone know if you can take the Rescue Remedy products, in particular the pastilles, if you are on HRT?

Yep.  It would never cross my mind not to.    Which HRT regime R U using and for how long?

U could check with a Pharmacist if you are particularly worried, for me the mouth spray helped.  I would use it and never think whether it would work/not. 

Is anxiety particularly troublesome right now?

Thank you for your replies CLKD 😊.

I know you can't take st John's wort with HRT and am a bit worried that the rescue remedy might interfere with the HRT.
