My go2 is: bananas [but the 1s here aren't to what I like]  ::) - dried fruits and nuts; pancakes - batter keeps in the fridge for a few days; when I was very ill DH cooked diced chicken with rice night after night after ......... it was my 'safe' food.

Now managing a slice of pizza with radishes, celery and cherries whilst watching le Tour on 📺

Hah yes totally on the chicken and rice ❤️
I have to go out tonight with partner to a comedy show - I’m so anxious mostly about the fact I will be too tired, and then too tired the day after and all the imaginary illnesses I have at the moment (or are they?) will come to the fore - about to have an afternoon nap which I probably don’t really need so I feel like I can not be tired later x

Anticipatory anxiety floors me.   :'(. I can look 4wards to stuff but .......... I always feel exhausted the couple of days after going somewhere.  So B prepared to sleep, it's the weekend soon.

Who U going to C?

It’s a mixed stand up night - my partner booked it - I want to get in my pyjamas right now!
I reduced my 25mg patch in half yesterday, I have insane fatigue today, could it be less oestrogen already after one day!!
My HA has convinced me it’s a sign that it’s something awful about to show itself.
I don’t think I ever stop worrying or feeling dread for one minute of the day!  :(

Do you think less is what you need cos it maybe you need more oestrogen progesterone?

What on earth is wrong with me - today o have panic attacks, sweating, I’m terrified of what I don’t know - I feel like I can’t breathe. I can’t stop my mind racing. Is HrT making it all worse or would it be worse off HRT - I am so tired of feeling this way  :'(

I did go, we came home early as it was a bit rubbish. I could hardly keep my eyes open yet couldn’t sleep!! Today I have been sweating and hot all day and still struggling to keep my eyes open. I feel drugged! I put my patch back up as thought maybe a drop on oestrogen. I couldn’t get through the brain fog all day x
