why would U be given progesterone ? My periods waxed and waned for several years B4 the final bleed = menopause. Though Mother Nature may throw in a period when we think that we've finished, when this should be investigated with a scan. Usually it's the ovaries having a flutter

I knew that my symptoms were natural so never went to the GP. Personally I wouldn't take a hormone yet as your body may bleed naturally and blood tests are reliably unreliable !
