I agree, actual experiences are so helpful. I'm really glad I asked here. Funnily enough I did the lying down with bottom up the last two nights and found it so much easier! And it bothers me less too. I think it was getting me down a bit, feeling how much my body has changed every day. It hadn't actually occurred to me that the vaginal walls might improve but that would be wonderful.

It takes time but just be patient and it does improve. Using local estrogens also will improve your prolapse. Have you ever been referred to a physiotherapist for the prolapse?
