Water saving!
« on: June 27, 2025, 08:16:41 AM »

Anglia Water are doing spot kitchen water testing - I asked him to put the running water into a bucket and not down the sink! It should be done automatically? Surely ?

1.5 buckets saved, now put onto the pot plants.

Water Companies waste enough themselves, telling consumers to 'save' as much as possible.  U really couldn't write it!

I would have done the same.  We are on a water meter now.

We've had a meter for. years, apparently since the change over villagers are complaining that charges are higher.  We pay by DD.

I also sent a message to Anglian Water asking how many desalination plants are in the UK: apparently that's all hush hush - my message has to go further up the chain  >:( :D.  I will be asking a Journalist to do a Freedom of Information Act request ;-)
