Poor you! The Axial S must make life pretty tiring anyway.
Just wanted to say that I understand that overpowering not-well feeling. I think I felt like that for a couple of years, every day. Along with palpitations, internal buzzing, feeling hot and cold, massive lack of energy, and my chest was SO tight (intense is a good word). Often the tight chest and racing heart would happen just before a hot flush. Just a totally ghastly feeling.
Btw, apparently I can’t and choose not to take HRT.
I eat really well, drink lots of water, don’t drink alcohol, coffee, tea, fizzy drinks. Don’t smoke.
Apparently there’s nothing wrong with me and it is ALL down to menopause!
How long have you not been feeling well, Mummytron? Weeks? Months? Years?
I am now at last getting more days when I feel normal or nearly normal. So I do believe there’s a light at the end of the tunnel, but it does seem a very long tunnel.
Btw, I sympathize hugely with you. But am pleased you feel ok this evening. It’s really important to remember the ok/good times and that they indeed happen.
