Harper Clinic or Prof Panay - any thoughts?
« on: May 25, 2025, 09:30:18 PM »

Hi,

I’m looking to see a consultant privately so I can get some consistency with my treatment. Does anyone have any thoughts on either the Harper clinic or Prof Panay?

Thanks

I have never heard of the Harper clinic but I have a lot of respect for prof nick Panay, whom I consider to be in the same league as the late Professor Studd.

I have never met nick Panay in person but have read many of his publications and listened to him speak, and he just gets it.

He is not afraid to try different things and think outside the box, which he has the freedom to do with neither the budgetary constraints of the NHS nor the misogynistic witch hunts faced by female specialists who dare to prescribe higher estrogen doses or heaven forbid testosterone.

He is absolutely someone I would go to myself without hesitation should I become unable to access the treatment I need.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate your opinion and you taking the time to reply to me. I am having a really difficult time with HRT at the moment and really need some consistency. I think I’m going to go for him and thank you. I haven’t read or heard of any of his stuff so I will look it up.

Just to say, I called nick paney's clinic to find out the wait times to see him.

I was told he's not taking on new clients himself, so you need to see one of his associates. Disappointing.

She did say, if, after this, he needs to get involved, he would do.

On the plus side you can get an appointment quite quickly.

In terms of the Harper clinic, there used to be a lady on here that used them and she seemed happy. She also had some less conventional help, like she was given compound progesterone like this bhrt clinics use. So they obviously use both mainstream and less mainstream HRT.

Hope that helps. X
