Hi,
Been on one spray of Lenzetto and Ustrogestron (vaginally) for 2 months.
Increased Lenzetto to 2 sprays per day for the last 3 weeks.
I feel terrible  -  really depressed and very, very anxious.
With regard to Ustrogestron  -  I initially tried the oral route then the vaginally ( taking) vaginally for the past 3 wks.

My Menopause Nurse tried fitting the Coil but said that she couldn't see my Uterus. I'm 65 yrs old.
I'm really desperate atm  -  I don't know who to turn to.
Please help.

It seems Lenzetto is quite weak compared to other oestrogen HRT - maybe talk to your prescriber about upping the dose to 3 or consider changing to another brand/type for your oestrogen part of HRT?

Why did you increase? Anxiety can be caused by too much as well as too little oestrogen (as well as non hormonal issues).
