Yes VB or Yes OB?

Hi ladies,
I was about to order myself some 'Yes' moisturiser for the first time (I'm in Oz and we have to order online). Which is preferable of the two 'Yes' products?
Thanks.

changes can be scary, even when we want them

Hi sorry can't help. Have U read the web-site?
What else do you use for the atrophy as neither will replace oestrogen loss which causes the condition. Have U read the threads about atrophy on here?

It will be personal to you and how you get on with whatever you decide on.
I like YesVM and wouldn't bother with any other as it works well for me.

Thanks ok. Thinking of adding it to the nightly dosing. For some reason unknown to me and the doctor, the Ovestin doesn't seem to be cutting it. Literally out of the blue, after 6 months. It provides some relief but not like it was. Still using it nightly inside and out - actually using it on the outside twice a day at the moment but things still feels tight and dry and my bladder is being a right nuisance.
I have the script for Vagifem - will fill that tomorrow and see if it provides better relief. I used Olive and Bee moisturiser on the outside too last night which helped things ease but I just want my bladder to start feeling better.

I have to use both Vagifem and Ovestin every day, it might simply mean you have to do the same, as we always say here, its all trial and error until you get a regime that works for you.

Thanks, yes, I think I'll give it a go. It's a shame - Ovestin seemed to be working well. It is still ok - certainly much better than using nothing, but for some reason, 2 weeks ago, my bladder took a large step backwards. Waiting for results of the urine check - 99% of the time it comes back clear.

What I find with this condition is you can be completely symptom free then out of the blue a flare up. From experience it can be a health issue like a virus or stress for instance.
I made the mistake of having the covid and flu vaccines together last October, it was the worse thing I could have done to my body as it brought on the worst symptoms of GSM and took me right back to square one, to the stage I couldn't sit down and it took two weeks to ease. Its a condition that is always on the surface and given a chance it will come back and bite you on the bum, literally and the only remedy is increasing the treatment until it clears.

Thanks Ayesha, I am learning this indeed! I couldn't figure out why I felt almost back to square one. But my systemic symptoms returned a bit too which made me think that my hormones were either dropping or doing something weird.
I've got to learn not to doubt the VA treatment and to just remind myself that I will eventually have relief again.
Last night I had 2 or 3 bad jabs of pain my bladder - neither have I felt before. They lasted only second and in two different places - once underneath and once right in the front.
But this morning I had terrible gastro cramps so I am putting it down to the fact that the bowel can cause the bladder to react when things aren't right in there. My bladder is reasonably normal today.
I'm going to try Vagifem for the first time though. This bladder flair up resulted in antibiotics as there were so many symptoms that my GP was concerned. Although of course, the urine test was clear as it usually is. The urine was cloudy sometimes which was probably a result of the Ovestin cream.
This is such a frustrating condition!
