Has anyone tried this, is it safe to use with HRT as there seems to be conflicting advice? I think the other name is Chasteberry.

I used this during peri and found it very useful, especially for mood swings.

I can't advise on taking it with HRT as I never used it.  Does the patient advice leaflet not say??
