How much moisturiser to put on outside

Hi, sorry for so many questions recently but with hubbys help I'm starting to turn a corner. I'm using Yes VM but wondered how much do people use externally if that makes sense. The leaflet is pretty useless on dosage apart from 5ml inside but trying to use it to help when I wipe as well which others recomended but never sure if the pea size I use is enough. Because of a condition I have, my mind always works in quantities, time scales etc and was advised to put this on as a different question :)

Ayesha has answered your query perfectly well. We are all individuals, but really, just apply what ever feels right.

It’s a moisturiser which you can’t OD on. If I’m feeling particularly dry, I use twice the recommended amount of ovesse cream and 2 vagifem a day.

You can never have too much moisturiser down there!  ;)

hey just use whats right for you.
With the help of the lovely ladies on here I have learnt loads ! crazy that I didnt know much before about VA !

I use yes moisturiser once or twice a day.
I use estridol 1mg cream vaginally every other day with a smear of cream on the vulva.

This regime has taken me a few months to find and this site has given me the confidence to do what ever suits me .

I just use roughly a pea sized blob as I don't like to feel over wet, if you know what I mean - just use what feels right for you  ;)
