Does anyone take HRT with Calcium D Glucarate? I'm using Samdrena gel (1mg) with Utrogestan (100mg 14 nights per month) and have been using this combination since July 2023. Until recently I've taken Calcium D Glucarate alongside the HRT, but I've recently become worried that it might not be safe to use together. I stopped the CDG around 2 weeks ago and ever since I've felt terrible, and have had awful cramping. Has anyone had any clear guidance on whether it's safe to take HRT and CDG together? I'm considering restarting the CDG to try and get some relief.
