Lenzetto anyone
« on: March 02, 2025, 11:40:07 AM »

Good Morning ladies

I spoke with the menopause nurse last week regarding feeling out of sorts on the new Oestrogel.

She has given me Lenzetto to try. I am on day 6 of 2 pumps. I just have a few side effects including, feel a bit spacy and a little dizzy a couple of hours after I apply it in the morning. And I get intermittent periods of feeling a bit panicky and agitated. I use one spray morning & one eve. The sweats have improved and I think I have a little more energy.

Any advice please 🙏 🙂  Wxx

Hi
I found lenzetto really weak; almost like water. It made me feel sick and dizzy. That’s just me though. I do think it’s one of the “ weaker” HRT products on the market.

Good luck. 🤞

Lenzetto did absolutely nothing for me except give me sore boobs.

I know some ladies swear by it so give it time to settle  :)

I successfully changed from oestrogel to Lenzetto back in September.  I had been using 3 pumps but I was finding big discrepancies in amount of gel being dispensed from the newer bottles. As my symptoms started to come back I bought some jewellers scales and found each pump varied between 0.8mg and 1.3mg (think I have mg right but might be a different weight!!) So clearly I was actually applying less gel than prescribed each day!  When I had a review with my GP she suggested I try Lenzetto.

I started on just 2 pumps but increased that to three after a couple of months as it felt as if two wasn't enough.  I'm happily settled on three and wouldn't want to go back now!

I have no idea what my oestrogen levels are as I just go by symptoms.

If you can manage it, I'd suggest you give it a couple more weeks to see if it settles but you know your own body and how you feel so go with your gut instinct.

Good luck

I apply all three in the morning, two on one inner forearm and one on the other. GP did say they can all go in a line on one arm but I chose to split. And no, no side effects at all for me fortunately.

Thanks 😊

I may try adding extra spray 2 eve one morn. Funny thing, I only get side effects after morning application not eve. So strange.
