Facebook trouble

Hi Ladies, I am not very techno minded but changed my fb password yesterday cos I thought its about time. i did that on my laptop but when I tried logging in from my phone it wouldnt accept and kept getting a wrong password message. I tried a few times and then made another password. Did this a few times and then I assume Fb thought my acc was being hacked cos I got a message saying
"You can't use this feature at the moment. We limit how often you can post, comment or do other things in a given amount of time in order to help protect the community from spam. You can try again later."
Has this happned to anyone else, it is a few hours later now, any idea how long one gets locked out before they allow reaccess really annoying as I do use FB a fair amt for work purposes as well. My meno brain doesnt help either when it comes to these sort of hiccups.

I would try again. My husband has had issues sometimes when he changed his password. Even if you forget your password they can reset it through you mobile telephone number. Trouble is I can’t remember how he did it.
Have a look through settings, account and see if you can find something that might lead you to the right place. It is not very user friendly on some occasions.
Sorry I can’t be more help. I am taking a break from FB at the moment so don’t have the info in front of me.
Hope you get back on soon x

Facebook is full of scams now. I have a page on there and got a message to say it will be removed because the content was not safe, my page is flower photography, I thought please delete it for me I've had enough, but no my page is still there, another scam. I will delete it myself one day!
Your problem is always happening to my sister, she leaves it a few days then it seems to right itself.

I don't log out, however it would seem that a moderator now has to approve the new threads ....... which means that many dates have been lost to potential readers as they appear 3 days late!
