Lokilou there is no problem with doing 25 days out of 28 using utrogestan during peri. I did this for a while myself (am now experimenting with gradually becoming more sequential and seeing if my endo pains stay away).

If you start to bleed early, stop the utrogestan and allow the bleed to happen. Count that as day 1 of the next cycle and begin again. This is because not everyone has 28 day cycles especially during peri. If you keep trying to take utrogestan for a 28 day cycle and yours is 21 days, it's all going to get out of sync. So go with your body. If you are pretty much always taking the utro except when you are bleeding, you can be sure you're getting enough anyway.

Glad you've joined the FB group. If you want a thyroid group recommendation, try the one called Thyroid Patients Canada Support. I know it's Canada based but the perspective in that group is very research based, supports appropriate use of T3 as well as T4 and it's just a good group generally. You can't rely on the NHS for thyroid issues because they will only test TSH and T4 which just isn't enough. You need to get T4, T3 and thyroid antibodies tested at the very least. Medichecks have an Advanced Thyroid Panel which is pretty good (finger prick test at home) except it doesn't include rT3. Blue Horizon's Platinum test includes rT3 (that's what I do) but you need a venous draw for it, not finger prick at home.
