I'm wearing layers: a Summer vest under a zero fit base layer; over which is an acrylic/wool mix roll necked jumper: now this has been in/out the rag bag so many times in the last 22 years

, it's long so covers my bum and has long sleeves. Over this is a hand knitted Gillet-type garment which Mum knitted my sister in the 1970s. It is slightly fluffy so keeps shoulders warmer.
Jeans. Socks. Slippers. I have problems finding knee-length socks that aren't made for wellies

. Hat and gloves when out walking either wearing a Gor-tex rain coat or Winter wool coat.
