Hi everyone,

I’m new here. I’m 54. I asked for HRT in 2018 and was given anti depressants.  Then lockdown. I’ve tried many different things, diet, supplements etc and am now trying HRT. I’m having a difficult journey through the menopause and I’m very glad to be here.

Your GP was incorrect in suggesting ADs but that's in the past. I've responded in your other thread ;-)
