I've had anxiety for years. I can go ages and not be bothered by it then it hits for sometimes unknown reasons or something specific. This time last year wasn't a good time with it, but worked my way through and found that after being out on Evorel Conti patches it seemed to calm down.
I don't have medication for it as I now don't seem to tolerate it. I used more of the alternative things like herbal teas, rescue remedy products, walking etc. I'm finding that as soon as my routine changes (term time worker) things seem to get worse. I've had fluttering like palpitations, panic, feeling faint, tiredness. I've started using the Calm app to see if that helps.
Does anyone else find their anxiety increases in this way or any other tips I could try?
