At what age were you into dry pants?
I remember the younger children being put on the potty B4 they were able to crawl: meant that they had to sit until 'done'

. It was cotton liners and nappies, none of these 'pampers' - they hadn't been designed yet. Also nappies are greener.

Mum and aunt would carry the potty where ever the younger kids happened to be playing: if they didn't use it when they required every half hour she would pop them on until 'done'. One was in the car and another in the cycle wicker basket - kids travelled on the back then as Dad had the car.
Reading in the News that children are going into school not house trained beggars belief

. No wonder some parents think that they are 'hard up', if they are spending monies on Pampers etc.. Also do U think that teachers should be asked to clean up children, this may well lead to abuse accusations later down the line - which also takes teachers and assistants away from what they are being paid to do
