Could anyone advise me please? I'm on 75 (reduced from 82.5 due to dry eyes) patches and progesterone. I have had SO many symptoms over the past few years (I'm 49) that I am getting better at not panicking when I get a new one, but this one is freaking me out now. For the last few weeks I have a sensation several times a day of beingstabbed with a pin, usually on the legs. It is a sharp 'ow' type feeling like an ant bite or similar but there's nothing there. I've read of some people describing prickly skin and not sure if this covers it. I had a bad post viral rash in May and ended up in hospital while they worked out what it is. I am wondering if this has perhaps left me more reactive. I also read sometimes prickly skin might be food intolerances. Has anyone any experience or advice for me? I feel very anxious about it, like it's the start of a serious neurological problem, but every health scare I have had (many!) has turned out to be meno so am trying to be calm.
