Dear ladies,
I tried testogel last year and I found it beneficial but stopped due to getting acne from it. I want to give it another go and have asked a gp but they said the guidelines have become stricter but are going to ask me to discuss with a gp.
Does anyone know what the new guidelines are? I have some sachets left but they expired in October last year. I’m considering using some of them but wonder if they will still be safe and effective. Maybe the gel separates or something..
