Just wanted to wish everyone a happy Christmas.
I’ve had a bad 12/18 months with OHs illness, he’s better now, but boy, what a journey.
So I’m hoping this next year will be less stressful.
I hope this new year will be good for you too, keep the fight going, you’re doing great. 😊 ( even if it doesn’t feel like it)
Merry Christmas, Happy New Year to you all on this fantastic website.

what ever you all decide to do over the next couple of weeks do it for yourselves. Try not to be all things to all people! Take time out ..... and where possible, enjoy ;-)

I would also like to wish all you lovely ladies a very merry Christmas and a happy and healthy 2025
This time last year I was such an emotional and anxious mess as many of you will remember, so from the bottom of my heart I would like to thank all you amazing ladies for all your support and advice....I wouldn't have coped without you.
This year I'm looking forward to Christmas with my gorgeous grandson for his first Christmas.

Hello ladies.
Merry Christmas to you all and a happy and healthy 2025.
We have my daughter, her husband and our twenty eight month old grandson stay this year. Our son is also visiting. Preparations have been a bit stressful as you can imagine!
Dear old Mother Nature has joined party by continuing to plague me with emotional ups and downs plus she has recently added some night sweats as well! Fortunately I have an appointment with my GP in January so I may be tweaking my HRT yet again. Watch this space lol.
As always take care ladies and speak soon.
