Colds are draining.  Get plenty of liquids, pain relief, rest ........

No need for a pep talk!  It's the pits.  Anxiety made me housebound for months in the 1990s.  My GP prescribed betablockas etc. which really helped.

How is your diet overall?

....... and breath. Don't B so hard on yourself.  Do U mean that both DD and husband are AWOL?  I trained my DH to ring home when he's out and about OR ELSE  :D  ::).  It took a while but I am a great worrier when he's away.

MayB time 2 share with DD?  Especially as it's this time of year!

DD is at home but moans when I ask her to help or is very vacant when I'm asking her like she doesn't understand...
Then ask me why I'm what she says aggy.. :o....normal teenage stuff...
Husband working all hours which I understand but the last month it's 7 days a week all day...I get lonely....and feel I'm doing everything..and breath again. :-\ sorry don't mean to be negative..just feel low.

Of course U probably R doing more and more: which suits the rest under the roof.  Time to have that talk!  Ask DD what she thinks her role is within the family dynamic, how does she expect the house 'to run'?

Does your DD bring friends home?  Will she cook with you or even 1 night a week?

U know, I hear about 'teens behaviour' so often  >:(.  We weren't allowed to be arsey. (1970s).  1 car which Dad had.  Cycled everywhere.  Red phone box.  We didn't have all the gadgets and connections yet young people try to make out that they are more isolated than ever.  So it's time that they got together, put down the gadgets and interacted, face2face.  They will then find out that all parents are towing the same line!

Privileges. Taken away will focus a teens mind.  If they act like 5 years olds then everything that they value is put into the loft.  Laptops, mobiles etc..  They have to earn the items back as well as taking part in household chores etc..  Everything switched off at 6.00 p.m., including parent gadgets, allowed again 8.00 a.m.

Why does your husband need to work 'all hours', what does he put back into for example, child care?  Do he and DD have time doing stuff together?

These situations continue until some1 puts foot down with firm hand.  Time to let them know that Things Will Be Changing ;-).

Hi all,
I'm so sorry clkd i didn't reply, my head was everywhere...
All the advise was very sound which I did use, DD abit better but still has to be prompted but is also stressed with A level life...and husband has worked 7 days a week for 9 to 10 weeks now.....yes we need to keep business going but family time is zero and I feel like a single parent and a dried up old husk
Anxiety seems to be kinda under control, it's always in the background....recently changed from gel to patches which seems to be going OK... :)

Hi Ladies...
Hope everyone is well..and enjoying spring time.... :)
I've been really well since the last anxiety attack I'm December, until Tuesday just gone started to feel off and now I'm feeling awful again!!!...
I've been using 1 and half pumps of gel again as patches were to strong couldnt last more than three weeks...
I've now have breast pain and anxiety with doom feeling with avangence....I was only saying last week that I'm feeling good..jinxed it didn't I... ::)
Could breast pain be eastrogen??, or just plain anxiety??, should i increase or shoild i decrease ?. I'm sure all you fellow sufferers do the same as me in the fact that as soon as it starts I fill all of my head space with how to fix it..its.exhausting... :-\
You ladies are very supportive so i just  need a bit of reassurance.  :)
