My diet is OK, eating very often fruit with healthy yogs, otherwise I've slipped abit, eating breakfast biscuits, crisps, etc..but no chocolate...drinking lots of tea, I seem to crave it as its nice amd warm..I'm.not sleeping very well and am still getting night sweats but has reduced...anxiety has flared up in last two days but so has sore breasts..
It seems everytime I admit outlook I'm feeling better I seem to crash a little

... I have been tired and lethargic lately...it will go again I know , just get fed up every time it comes back.
