I have read old topics on this but wanted anyone else opinion really, after doing the rounds on different hrt my latest one was 3x0.5 sandrena and double dose desogestrel been on it for approx month and after the initial 2 weeks of intense anxiety it went however new problem as of almost week ago is swollen feet and ankles
I already take a diuretic with other blood pressure tablets, am type 2 diabetic diagnosed recently and diet at the mo, have plantar fasciitis at the minute aswell and having X-ray for arthritis in one ankle.The swelling is in. Both ankles and feet ,the feet one is usually at end of day but still have puffy ankles. Even gp and another clinician neither are worried except me! I’m wondering if it’s the high dose of sandrena as in leaflet and other posts so have stuck on Evorel conti today and I k ow it’s 25mg less oestrogen but will see what happens. Also had red spots on leg but is t nothing to worry about out apparently and varicose veins aswell,
Am 52 and thinking I’m at the other side as all bleeding I’ve had is due to hrt
