Essexcountrygirl.-  I think my first period on sequential hrt was a bit heavier than normal too but it then went back to normal. As some people have no bleeding at all while others bleed erratically on continuous, you won't know without trying. It's hard not knowing what the result will be of changing...I wish it was easier to navigate.

Pixie- so great to hear horrendous period pains are no more! Last month I swear I thought this must  be what labour is like! I'm nearly 47 and have also wondered if it's too early to change but it was either this or stop it completely.
