12 Things to always remember
« on: December 08, 2024, 12:46:01 PM »

I came across this yesterday:

1. The past can't be changed
2. Opinions don't define your reality
3. Everyones' journey is different
4. Judgements are not about you
5. Overthinking will lead to sadness
6. Happiness is found within
7. Your thoughts affect your mood
8. Smiles are contagious
9. Kindness is free
10. Its okay to let go and move on
11. What goes around, comes around
12. Things always get better with time.

Ohh Disco, anxiety is soooo bad. Hope it settles soon for you, it’s exhausting battling it all the time.  :'(
Stay strong girl, it’ll pass soon. Hold onto that!

As for me, ….ive been up and down, today was a good day, but yesterday was rubbish with anxiety and a general feeling of yuk, I think it’s been a shock to my body upping my gel and doubling up the utro.

Keep going gal, we’ll get through this. 💐

I thought you were giving me the winning lottery numbers then!!

Numbers, 1,3,5,6,7,9,10 and 12 resonate with me especially number 1.

I do think it takes your body a while to adjust especially when you increase your gel or anything. When I was on the 200mg utro I slept great.

I hope you continue to improve.

Take care xx

I wish they were the lottery numbers.  ;D
My numbers for the Euro were all around the winning ones. I was gutted! ☹️ so close. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I hope I improve too, I’m getting REALLY fed up now with hrt.
2nd day today I feel ok. Soooooooo. 🤷🏼‍♀️ 🤞🏼🙏🏼🤞🏼🙏🏼

its hard to know what to do sometimes jillydoll. my tinnitus has ramped up since I stopped hrt, anxiety which has been totally off the scale was ok today. Yet I just know its not right for me going back on hrt I cant cope with the heavy bleeding. If I didnt bleed all the time Id be on it now.

How are you managing on the increase with utro xxx
