My Doctor told me to use a sachet per week so I start a new one on the same day each week, she is well clued up on menopause, how all the hormones work, and the benefits of testosterone.
I see her in 3 months to see how I go.
She advised me to put it on the outside of my thigh.
She suggested putting it in a pot with one of those little spatulas and I found some cute tiny cosmetics jars with such spatulas on amazon.
I like the idea of this for easier measuring, better than sealing it with a clip and risking spilling some.
I'm not sure the jars I got are airtight so I put it in an airtight cup with a lid.
I heard on tiktok from one woman that putting it in the jar degrades it. She showed us an airtight jar but no link to where she got it.
Has any other ladies who put the sachet of gel in a jar found it degrades?.
I must say, after burying my head in the sand that I might still be being affected by menopause, telling myself I was "through it" and my E and P didn't work as good as I might have liked, with psych symptoms never fully going away, and morning loose stools coming back, I just thought this was my lot, but I hope "the mother hormone" as Dr Susan Hardwick Smith calls it, testosterone, is, the missing jigsaw piece, as other ladies have called it, as I have not felt right for 15 years although E and P did help me feel better, just not fully.
Sorry for the essay, so, if anyone dispenses their testo gel in a jar i'd like to hear from you if you want.
