Hi

Just asking for some advice please

I started HRT about 9 months ago Everol 25mg patches Progesterone 100mg and Vagirux 10mg

I had a small amount of bleeding in the first couple of months but nothing since then but today I have a brown discharge.

I suffer with anxiety anyway and this has sent it sky high! I have a telephone consultation with a dr next week but wondered if any of you have had anything similar?

I also finished a course of antibiotics a few days ago could this be a reason?

Hi, I started the same HRT 6 months ago, had the contraceptive implant that had expired so had that removed after starting the Evorel Conti.  I have in the last month started bleeding, quite heavily at first which then petered out and then started back up again a couple of days later (not as heavy) this then left me with a brown discharge which I can only described as being 'silty' looking.  The discharge is odourless but there all the time.  After having a bleed for almost two weeks this left me with what I thought was BV which I treated with over the counter medication.  I have been to the Doctors today and they have referred me to a gyno to just check it all out.

Not to sound too forward does the discharge have an odour at all? Antibiotics are notorious for changing the PH level in your lady garden which in turn can lead to thrush and BV.
