Hi I am on sea buckthorn which not only helps with my joints but also with dryness. Just had to change make as mine are out of stock and they say take with dinner. Have I been taking my others wrong or does it not matter? So out of curiosity, I thought I would ask others when they take theirs and what dosage are you using?

I use healthspan and take 2 tabs before bed.

I take 2 a day after my breakfast in the morning.  What brand do you take?

It is Pharma Nord I take too.  Tbh I am not sure if they help or not, probably the only way I would find out would be if I stopped taking them.  I originally started taking them for vaginal dryness (which didn't help at all) but I am now on estriol cream/pessaries which has helped a lot.  I have just thought again about stopping taking them as they are quite expensive.  Do you find they help you at all crispychick/anyone?

I don't know about sea buckthorn will have a look into it, what is the benefits of taking it?

I take Pharma Nord also,  I find they help with dry eyes.  I suffer from bletheritis and havent had a flare up since taking these.
