Saving the NHS money

 :poke2: :bang:  3 weeks ago I had a letter inviting me for seasonal jabs, 'please let the NHS know if you don't want the appt so that we don't send a reminder'.  What did I receive this morning ........... having made my appt 2 weeks ago!!!!

I get my messages on the NHS app/texts or emails.

I had so many crap messages from the e-mails that I had my details removed.
