I increased by Oestrogel dose from 2 pumps to 3 over the past 3 months.  I've not felt any benefit really, in fact I seem to be feeling worse hormonally.  So I'd like to go back to the 2 pumps.  How do I reduce my Oestrogel dose to get back to that?  Is there a recommended way of reducing the dose?

Not sure if there is a "correct" way, maybe someone with more experience will come along shortly.

When I was trying to find my optimum dose I increased from 3 to 4 but found that too much so decided to drop down to 3.5 pumps. That worked for me for a while.

If you don't feel comfortable dropping straight back down to 3 (which is what I would do) then maybe dispense half a dose for a few days so your body gets used to less oestrogen.

I use 3 pumps every day.  2 pumps in the morning, 1 pump at bedtime.

When I was on 2 pumps, I was using 1 pump in the morning, 1 pump at bedtime.

Yes my body is very sensitive to hormonal changes, so that sounds like a plan.  Thank you.

You can reduce it in the same manner you increased it, the result will be the same whichever way you do it. If you're feeling worse on 3 pumps personally I'd reduce it pretty quickly but completely up to you which way you feel comfortable with.
