Hi Ladies,
I apply my gel to my inner thighs, but have read that it maybe better on the arms for better absorption.. does anybody have any experience with this?.

I didn't find any difference but you could try it and see if it makes a difference for you. Obs keep away from anywhere that could transfer to the breasts.

I definately absorb the gel better on my arms. I have tried on my thighs but i definately absorb better on my arms x

If you use 4 pumps of gel and wish to avoid using thighs, can you put two pumps on each outer arm or does each pump need a separate area?

It might be better to split the dose into night and morning when you're on 4 pumps? However you do it needs to be consistent but I would have thought 2 pumps per arm would mean it takes longer to dry. The instructions are to spread it thinly so I would expect you'd absorb a bit less.

Only been told to use one pump a day
So will swap to arms
It’s such a small amount but sticky
