Thank you all for your help. I will take notes.
One thing I have noticed is the more hydrated I am the symptoms of burning virtually disappear (wine, coffee, water)
Than only when I need to go to the bathroom slight burning until I pee than it all goes away. It does not hurt while peeing, my urine is pale if not clear at times.
I am trying to make sense of that but I guess the less hydrated I am does affect the downstairs as well. Coffee and wine have the opposite effect where they both make you more dehydrated. And pee more often which is as per normal for me. It has a diuretic which will cause you remove fluids and was i drinking water with wine no of course not.
Yesterday, taught two hours in the hot room, barely drank water, skipped the shower. Drove two hours north in the heat, sweating. Drank 3 glasses of wind barely any water… did all the wrong things.
Always had a weak bladder so this is nothing new. I bought a note book and will be writing all this out like daily notes.
Yes I wear Lycra, I have too for work. The pantry liner I have worn for years but will start not wearing at night on a regular basis.
I also bought a probiotic today designed for women vaginal health. Curious to see if this will help in any way
Drinking any alcohol will make me pee more always had this issue. I only drink when I am only vacay. Which I am at the moment. I will pull back today and see what happens.
I will source out this Facebook group thank you all for the tips. Keep them coming
