Lenzetto and shatwari
« on: August 22, 2024, 07:31:29 PM »

Hi everyone,
This is my first time posting.
I have been on a steady dose of 3 lenzetto sprays,  100mg cyclogest every other day and androfeme daily..
I  also started taking shatwari- 250mg daily
Up until July all was well and then suddenly I started to get 6-7 days of it  being really bad every other week. Prior to this I would get a few bad days and then be back on track.
Could it be that my body has adjusted to the hrt?
Anyone have any ideas?

It is probably the 'shatwari' ............ who recommended that you add it to prescribed HRT?

It may take a while for the body to uptake HRT - it can be Trial and Error to start with.  Some ladies find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary of use to chart progress.

Perhaps put 'shatwari' into the search box on the Forum to see whether others have tried it?

Shatwari is a natural auuvedic supplement which helps alleviate  menapause symptoms

I've tried a search but nothing came up with it on the forums.

I started the shatwari just after stabilising  on my hrt which I've been on a steady on since late  April.

I started the shatwari around the same time and it seemed to help up until now. But I  don't know if it's that or the lenzetto

My specialist is aware I am taking the shatwari but has not heard of it. On my symptoms suddenly getting worse and for longer has suggest I could reduce from 3 to 2 sprays of lenzetto
