Ultra Magnesium Premium Quality

I picked up a box of these while doing my shopping - thinking that all magnesium was the same and I now realise from reading on this forum that there are different types - anyone use these or know what they are for, what they help with and what time would be best to take them?

Yes, you're correct, there are different types, and each type helps with different things.

What magnesium(s) does this contain?
