Hello SLUC
Thank you for replying
How are you finding it? Do you get any break through bleeding? I'm coming off a 100mg patch so don't think 1mg of estradiol is going to cut it for me. I've asked for an additional 1mg pill Estelle - hoping I wont get a bleed! 🙏🏼

I have been fine for just over a year with no bleeding at all. Then last week out of the blue I had a bleed. I think this could be down to stress but at the same time I also think this is low dose for me and I need to up it x

I think if you have been fine for a year than probably stick with it....maybe add some gel! I wish I wasn't so dependent on a high dose I think once your body gets used to it very difficult to go down
Are you post meno? I'm 52 going on 100!

Oh no SLUC I'm sorry to hear that you have suffered with this for a long time. Let's come back as Men next time!
I've collected my extra 1mg of estradiol so now for the big switch over. I've also got femoston 1/5. Wondering about taking the 1/5 in the morning as apparently progesterone is meant to be higher AM?!? Then my extra 1mg in the evening. 🤔
It's so much to think about!
