We R doing well thus far. Our lad in the Mens' Time Trial suffered a puncture otherwise he may well have obtained a Bronze but was pipped very slightly .
Our Lass in the Womens' Time Trial got a Silver

I think that he took part in 'strictly' a few years back B4 a period of depression.
DH is watching archery scores on the laptop: apparently the competitions will be broadcast on the radio later

The cross country event is stunning - part of Versailles gardens :-)))). In glorious ☀️ . How soon will a horse adjust to a drone following them or fountains in line of sight ? A lot of planning and ground work has gone into this Course.

Adam Peaty pulled from Olympics due to a Covid +ive test
Equestrians done well. Tom Pidcock - another gold. Gymnastics on now for the men.

Not necessarily. le Tour cyclists were 'down' with it but not everyone in each Team. Tom Pidcock withdrew, G continued racing with a +ive test - it depends on how ill people feel. Some people get the virus without symptoms
