tnx for the update Mariab.   How is your diet overall as low energy levels can cause surges of anxiety.  Eating every 3 hours helped me, a lot!

Hey  :)...
My diet is OK, eating very often fruit with healthy yogs, otherwise I've slipped abit, eating breakfast biscuits, crisps, etc..but no chocolate...drinking lots of tea, I seem to crave it as its nice amd warm..I'm.not sleeping very well and am still getting night sweats but has reduced...anxiety has flared up in last two days but so has sore breasts..
It seems everytime I admit outlook I'm feeling better I seem to crash a little  ::)... I have been tired and lethargic lately...it will go again I know , just get fed up every time it comes back. :)

Of course.  Bounce backs are often worse  ::)

Nowt wrong with a good cuppa, the UK thrives on it!  you don't seem to have much protein in your diet .......... I'm not a fish person but do like my beef or pork done in the air fryer ;-).  With roasties  :-*

Toad in the hole, now that's a memory but I don't like sausages  ;D.  I'll have the Yorkshire though  ;)

It was a misunderstanding with my husband.. (his fault)which almost broke my heart but all ok now..it's just  triggered the anxiety big time...being sick, head ache, doom feeling...feel like I've stepped backwards...my eating stopped just for a day but I guess it all has an impact..but it makes me realise I still can't handle difficult situations like I used to which scares me abit.  :-\

Is there a fault to call?   How likely is he to sit down to talk about triggers etc.?  Any1 shouting is my biggest trigger  :-\ even when not in anger.

Oh there was definitely fault on his part and admitted fault but he is also going through a midlife transition that he doesn't understand...he also admits he doesn't understand what I'm going through also but he is supportive this is the first time in 17 years he has upset me like that and he is sorry but it's left me feeling awful but I know it will pass its just not pleasant :-\

MayB you both need to see a counsellor au fait with 'change of life'?  Relate have waiting lists .  If U are able to identify any trigger faults, mayB have a buzz word which is what the Psychologist for whom I worked suggested to couples: buzz word = too far or too noisy!

Oh they happens and ground me  :-\ fortunately not that often if I keep to a routine.  It varies: I've had to swallow an emergency tablet a couple of times this year when anxiety took over.  They knock me out for a few hours and I wake up fine.

Soooo,
Having dropped my gel to 1 pump I felt fine then after a few weeks, I couldn't sleep properly again and aches and pains back  ::) so a few days ago I increased back to 2 pumps and now anxiety has ramped up...is this normal when increasing again?.......

Oh I have no idea.  MayB add the extra pump a few times a week rather than every night for a couple of weeks?  To C if that helps overall?
