After another night in tears clutching a hot water bottle in the early hours I am hoping someone can help.
Diagnosed with va but cannot tolerate any of the above. Believe me I have tried but had to abandon due to all them causing severe increased pain. Left unable to lie or sit without this awful  burning pain. Gp only seeing emergencies .Where do I go from here?Anyone else been through this?

Can I ask how long you have been on these medications Griffin? I feel the same way. I can totally relate to what you have written, except its an ice pack for me 😔😔..I sometimes feel the medications are causing irritation also.Then I think no its just the VA. This condition is literally taking over my life. I have kidney failure and its nothing compared to this. Have you tried Seabuckthorn capsules? I started taking them last week. Not sure if they will help or not. I got some YES vm online and then my Dr gave me the YES gel for internal use. I feel as if they are irritating me and I usually don't have sensitivity to products. I'm sorry I can't be much help. I'm sure someone more experienced will respond. Just wanted to say, you are not alone. Try to keep strong. It's hard I know xx

Probably due to the world power outage. 

It may be that the vaginal skin is very thin and sore so that mayB the reason for stinging.  Do persevere as this condition needs regular treatment.

Smear a little of the product: I use ovestin and KY Jelly: onto the outer labia, vulva and anus.  Let is soak in so don't put knickers on immediately.  Put a little into the vagina entrance, as the tissues soak up the medication push a little deeper.  This may take a couple of weeks to get comfortable and the stinging sensations should improve.

MayB get a Nurse Practitioner to have a lookC for advice.  Let us know how you get on but do use something down there or the condition may become worse.  A cooling bath, not rubbing to dry.

Ate you on systemic hrt? Not saying it'll be a cure as many people need both but it should alleviate it a bit. Sorry can't help with products.

Thank you for your wonderful kind replies. It is so reassuring that I am not alone in this.

I tried  weeks with Vagifem and then a similar timescale with ovestin but had  to give up when strong painkillers gave me vertigo. Only a couple of weeks with the rest as the burning pain was instant. I am so disappointed as I don’t understand why I am reacting like this when others have had such a positive response.

I really appreciate the effort that you have put into these replies..I can’t thank you enough for taking time to reply like this.

I will certainly investigate all your suggestions and they have given me hope and continue trying for a gp appointment as I am determined to find a cure for these symptoms .

Ps Apologies for the duplicate post..my only excuse is that I was groggy from lack of sleep!

who advised you to stop VA treatment when taking pain relief?  Which did U choose to take because these should not give vertigo

Don't wait to begin VA treatment - a small amount now and again this evening .... to allow those thin skin layers the chance to soak up and heal.

I also tried estriol and blissel which both made my symptoms worse I am now using Hyalofemme gel
Which seems to be working and victory oil for the outside as I was getting friction burns when I walk I also use yes I thought I had got it sorted but now having issues from my bottom again red bum cheeks and burning when I sit or walk so will be trying the victory oil on that too, you think you have got it sorted then another menopause problem comes along.

Yep.  It's The Change - does what it says on the tin 

Sudacrem - for babies bums - might be good, or Savlon.  Often.  How often did U trial the various treatments for  because it can take ages for treatment to give relief.
