Magnets and overweight
« on: July 10, 2024, 11:29:37 PM »

I purchased "Lady Care plus" magnet.
Not started using it yet.
My main worry is that I am overweight.
The instructions state to put the magnet about 4 inches from your bellybutton: The problem is that I have a big roll of fat there!!
Does anybody else use this magnet?

Morning.   Which symptom would you like to ease first?

How is the magnate supposed to work and which strength is it?

In the 1970s magnate therapy was trialled on patients with non-uniting fractures.  They went home with a huge battery and two magnates on either side of the fracture site.  I think that Swansea Uni were involved.

MayB make note of what you eat/drink for 3-5 days, 24/7.  We have added less ultra processed foods and oh! I do love a hot do-nut but OH! my gut suffers  >:( and added more fruits and veg..  Apart from housework and gardening I rarely walk far these days ........ Note to Self  ::)

They are black cohosh era, pre hrt.. Doubt they have much strength in them to affect anything.. But if they were they would come with warning.
