Starting my combo hrt tonight I’ve been suffering with terrible anxiety insomnia low mood. How soon did it help you guys with sleep? Plz no negativity

I found the utrogestan helped me sleep better from day 1 which helped everything feel more bearable. Give it time as the first month or so your body will be adjusting - I found it took about 5-6 weeks before things settled down and my mood and joint pain improved.

Do not expect it to work straight away, but the fact that you are starting HRT is a good thing. I find magnesium is my sleep saviour. I hope all goes well, keep as informed x
