Joziel I joined that Facebook group yesterday, it's been so much help! I started normal B1 yesterday but am waiting for Lipothianine to arrive in the post also, which I think is the same sort of thing as Allithiamine.

Interestingly in researching the topic, I think i could have ha a B1 deficiency for some time now, the symptom list (particularly the gastric ones) read like my life over the last 5 years. I've been diagnosed with IBS-C and SIBO, but no treatments have worked. Very interesting!

I'm feeling a little better so far today - ladies, thank you for your support, it really has meant the world
